AKC CH Int'l CH Kersey's Kiss Me Kate - "Kate"
Kate was born on July 29, 2019 in a litter of five girls, from Angel and Frankie. She came into my life like a wrecking ball, and showed me what a true pied personality is like. I jokingly refer to her as "Her Royal Piedness" and on her bad days she is called "Not Kate", since she has perfected the art of ignoring me when I call her. Kate keeps me on my toes constantly, and always has me laughing. She was the pick of the litter, and began her show career at six months old, in February 2020. At her first show in Lakeland, FL, Kate went Reserve Winners Bitch to a 4 point major, from the 6-9 month puppy class. There were no more shows after that, due to the pandemic. We went to Greenville, SC at the end of July 2020 for her second shows, and Kate came home with a 4 point major, going Winners Bitch and Best of Winners, from the 9-12 puppy class. In the fall of 2020, there were still very few shows for us to attend. However, Kate did attend some International shows, and obtained her International CH title in one weekend. Kate showed in 2021 in our pursuit of her conformation AKC Champion title, and finished her championship requirements on April 2, 2021, with four majors and 18 points at 20 months old. Kate is now CHIC certified (all health test requirements completed), and will be out at select shows for her Grand Championship title.
